The SaharaCares' Autism & Faith DVD was made in collaboration with Clear Horizons Academy and the Autism Council of Utah. This training DVD was created with the intent of:
Offering ideas to integrate children with autism into different religious settings
Opening lines of communication between families of a child with autism and religious leaders and congregations
Creating more of a understanding of challenges that children with autism and their families face on a daily basis
This DVD is designed to be a tool to start the communication process and foster stronger support for families in their various religious congregations.
